 Exchange & Return Policy

1. Don’t cut the lace.

The wig must be in their unused original condition, with intact lace. Incomplete, damaged, worn, washed or altered items cannot be accepted.

2. Exchange & return can only be processed within 7 days after receipt.

3. Email us with photos of the wig to get the shipping address and return instructions. 

    We reserve the right to refuse the self-return parcels.

4. For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or refund the difference. 

    For return wig, the refund will be issued after the wig is received. No restocking fee will be charged.

5. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee except for our mistakes.

6. The custom made wig can’t be exchanged or returned except for our mistakes.

 

Rush Exchange

Place a new order. It will get prepared while waiting for the returned one.

We will refund for the returned order after receiving it in good condition.

 

Repair Policy

1. One-time free repairing service offered within after-sale three months (except the damage caused by improper use ).

2. Repair services after 3 months will be charged.

3. Please email us with pictures before you return it.

4. Customers need to pay the repair fee due to inappropriate use damage.

5. Customers will pay for the return shipping fee.
